Ingredients:

  • 500g flour (17.6oz)
  • 20g fresh yeast (0.7oz)
  • 100g sugar (3.5oz)
  • 250ml milk (8.5 fl oz)
  • 75g butter (2.6oz)
  • 1 egg (1 egg )
  • Pinch of salt
  • 150g flour (5.3oz)
  • 100g butter (3.5oz)
  • 100g sugar (3.5oz)
  • 5 peaches

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm milk with added sugar. Add the flour, butter, egg and salt, then knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
  2. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise for about 1-2 hours.
  3. In the meantime, prepare the crumble. Mix the flour with the sugar, then add the butter and rub the ingredients with your fingers until crumbs form.
  4. Peel the peaches, remove the pits and cut into pieces.
  5. Put the risen dough into the mold, put the sliced peaches on top and sprinkle with the crumble.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (356°F) for about 40-45 minutes.
