Ingredients:

  • 500g (17.6oz) carrots
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g (3.5oz) flour
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Peel the carrot and grate it on a coarse grater.
  2. Add the eggs, flour, salt and pepper to the grated carrot. Mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Heat the oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, spoon the mass into the pan, forming pancakes.
  4. Fry the patties over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
  5. Serve the pancakes hot, e.g. with natural yoghurt or garlic sauce.
