Yeast cake with apples: The nostalgic taste of home baking
Yeast cake with apples is a classic of home baking that evokes nostalgia and reminds you of the taste of childhood. It is a delicacy that combines fluffy, slightly sweet yeast dough with sour, juicy apples. - 25g (0.88oz) fresh yeast
- 250ml (8.5fl oz) of milk
- 100g (3.5oz) sugar

- 100g (3.5oz) butter
- pinch of salt
- 1kg (35.3oz) sour apples

- After the dough has risen, roll it out onto a baking tray, put the apples on it and knead the edges of the dough.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for about 35-40 minutes, until the pastry is golden.
