Ingredients:

  • 4 large apples
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g (3.5oz) sugar
  • 150g (5.3oz) wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Frying oil

Instructions:

  1. Peel the apples and grate them on a grater with large holes. Put aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until slightly fluffy.
  3. Add the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt to the egg mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.
  4. Add grated apples to the mass and mix until all ingredients are combined.
  5. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Using a spoon, drop portions of the batter into the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Transfer the patties to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess fat.
