Ingredients:

  • 500g (17.6oz) wheat flour
  • 100g (3.5oz) sugar
  • 25g (0.9oz) fresh yeast
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 100g (3.5oz) butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1kg (35.2oz) peaches
  • 100g (3.5oz) sugar for sprinkling

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm milk with added sugar, leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Sift the flour, add salt, butter, eggs and yeast leaven, knead the dough and let it rise for 1.5 hours.
  3. Wash the peaches, peel them, cut them into quarters and remove the pits.
  4. After the dough has risen, roll it out onto a baking sheet, place the peaches on it and sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 35-40 minutes.
