Ingredients:
- 500g (17.6oz) wheat flour
- 100g (3.5oz) sugar
- 25g (0.9oz) fresh yeast
- 250 ml of milk
- 100g (3.5oz) butter
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 1kg (35.2oz) peaches
- 100g (3.5oz) sugar for sprinkling
Instructions:
- Dissolve yeast in warm milk with added sugar, leave for 15 minutes.
- Sift the flour, add salt, butter, eggs and yeast leaven, knead the dough and let it rise for 1.5 hours.
- Wash the peaches, peel them, cut them into quarters and remove the pits.
- After the dough has risen, roll it out onto a baking sheet, place the peaches on it and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 35-40 minutes.
