Ingredients:

  • 9 oblong biscuits - about 85 g (3 oz)
  • 100 ml brewed espresso (3.4 fl oz)
  • 30 ml Amaretto or Marsala wine (1 fl oz)
  • 250 g mascarpone - small package (8.8 oz)
  • 120 g sweet cream 30% (4.2 oz)
  • 30 g icing sugar - 3 level tablespoons (1 oz)
  • 1 cream fix or 9 g glucose (0.3 oz)
  • 3 level tablespoons of cocoa - about 30 g (1 oz)
  • about 200 g (7 oz) strawberries

Instructions:

  1. Brew 100 ml of espresso and add 30 ml of Amaretto or Marsala to it. Allow to cool.
  2. Dip biscuits in cooled coffee with liqueur for two seconds, then break them in half and place them on the bottom of the cup.
  3. Put a layer of cream on the biscuits, cover with a little cocoa and put half of the washed and sliced strawberries.
  4. Repeat the process with more layers of biscuits, cream and strawberries.
  5. Refrigerate ready-made strawberry tiramisu for at least 2 hours before serving.
