Ingredients:
- 200g (7oz) butter
- 200g (7oz) sugar
- 5 eggs
- 300g (10.5oz) wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 2 spoons of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Grease the cake mold with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Beat the butter with the sugar until fluffy, then add the eggs one at a time, stirring constantly.
- Mix the flour with baking powder, cocoa and salt, then add to the butter mass, mixing until a smooth dough is obtained.
- Put the dough into the mold and bake for about 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- After baking, let the cake cool down and then remove it from the mold.
