- 200g (7 oz) sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon of potato starch
- Juice and grated zest of 1 lemon
Instructions:
- Start by preparing the bottom. Grind the cookies in a food processor to fine sand. Melt the butter and mix it with the cookies, then put it on the bottom of the baking pan.
- Then prepare the cheese mass. In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, potato starch, lemon juice, and grated zest. Mix everything until smooth.
