Ingredients:

  • 200g (7oz) dark chocolate
  • 150g (5.3oz) butter
  • 150g (5.3oz) sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g (3.5oz) flour
  • 600g (21.2oz) cottage cheese
  • 200g (7oz) sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of potato flour
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Start by preparing the bottom of the brownie. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a pot, then add the sugar, mix, then add the eggs. Finally, add the flour and mix thoroughly.
  2. Pour the batter into a mold lined with baking paper and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 15 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, prepare the cheese mass. Cream cheese with sugar, add eggs, potato flour and vanilla extract and mix thoroughly.
