Ingredients:
- 200g (7oz) wheat flour
- 100g (3.5oz) powdered sugar
- 125g (4.4oz) butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix flour with powdered sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Add the butter cut into pieces and quickly knead the dough.
- Then add the egg and knead again until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Form the dough into a ball, wrap it in cling film and put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- After this time, roll out the dough to a thickness of about 3-4 mm, and then cut out cookies with any molds.
- Place the baked cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies begin to lightly brown.
