Ingredients:

  • 6 proteins (approx. 210g - 7.4oz)
  • 300g powdered sugar (10.6oz)
  • pinch of salt
  • 500ml cream 30% (17 fl oz)
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 500g raspberries (1.1 lbs )
  • 100g dark chocolate (3.5oz)

Instructions:

  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt.
  2. Gradually, continuing to beat, add powdered sugar.
  3. Put the egg whites in the form of two round pancakes with a diameter of approx. 20 cm on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 100 degrees C (212F) for 1.5-2 hours.
  5. Meanwhile, whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  6. Put the cooled meringues on top of each other, layering them with whipped cream and raspberries. Arrange the rest of the fruit on top and pour over the melted chocolate.
