  • 500g (1.1 lbs ) of carrots
  • 2 medium apples
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 liter of vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Peel the carrots and apples, then cut them into small pieces.
  2. Peel the onion and chop finely.
