  • 1 large broccoli (about 500g / 1.1 lbs )
  • 1 large onion (about 150g / 5.3oz)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 liter vegetable stock (about 4.2 cups )
  • 200 ml cream 18% (about 0.85 cups )
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions:
