Ingredients:

  • 1 kg (2.2lbs) of turkey meat
  • 2 onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 red peppers
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of hot pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of rapeseed oil
  • 1 liter of chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cut the turkey into small pieces, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, add the turkey and fry until golden.
  3. Cut the onion, garlic, bell pepper, carrots and potatoes into small pieces.
  4. Add chopped onion and garlic to the meat, fry until glassy.
  5. Add chopped vegetables, sweet and hot peppers, mix thoroughly.
  6. Add the broth, reduce the heat and cook covered for about 1 hour, until the meat is tender.
