Fried trout

Fried trout is a real treat for fish lovers. This delicate, slightly sweet species of fish with snow-white flesh is highly valued for its culinary and health benefits. Fried trout, served with a delicate sauce, salad or potatoes, is a dish that will delight both fish lovers and true gourmets. The most important secret of successfully frying trout is to preserve its natural taste. Too much spice can drown out the delicate aroma of the fish, so it's worth keeping it simple. Garlic, butter, salt and pepper - these are the most important ingredients that will emphasize the taste of the trout.
