Ingredients:
- 250g (8.8oz) pasta - any type (e.g. spaghetti, penne, rigatoni )
- 200 g (7oz) cheese - any kind (e.g. cheddar, gouda, emmenthal)
- 1 cup of milk (1 cup )
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon of flour
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Freshly grated parmesan for sprinkling
- Fresh herbs for decoration (e.g. basil, parsley)
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package until 'al dente '.
- Meanwhile, in a small pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the flour and mix quickly to form a roux.
