Ingredients:

  • 2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 cup soft cream cheese
  • 1 cup Frank's® Buffalo Sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 2 sheets of ready-made puff pastry
  • 2 large egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 cup ranch dressing for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, mozzarella cheese, red onion, black pepper, and celery salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Unroll the puff pastry sheets and cut out 4 circles from each sheet using a 3.5-inch round knife. Re-roll and cut out as many circles as you can, about 10 in total. Discard the remaining pastry. Place the pastry circles on the prepared baking sheets.
  4. Place 1 tablespoon of the chicken filling on each pastry circle. Fold in half, creating a crescent shape. Use a fork to press down on the entire outer edge to seal the pastry. Brush everything with beaten egg yolks.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the pastries are lightly puffed and golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  6. Serve the warm pastries with ranch dressing on the side.
  7. Enjoy!
