Recipe for Chicken in Puff Pastry

- 2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken

- 1 cup Frank's® Buffalo Sauce
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 2 sheets of ready-made puff pastry
- 2 large egg yolks, beaten
- 1 cup ranch dressing for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, mozzarella cheese, red onion, black pepper, and celery salt. Mix until well combined.
- Unroll the puff pastry sheets and cut out 4 circles from each sheet using a 3.5-inch round knife. Re-roll and cut out as many circles as you can, about 10 in total. Discard the remaining pastry. Place the pastry circles on the prepared baking sheets.
- Place 1 tablespoon of the chicken filling on each pastry circle. Fold in half, creating a crescent shape. Use a fork to press down on the entire outer edge to seal the pastry. Brush everything with beaten egg yolks.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the pastries are lightly puffed and golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Serve the warm pastries with ranch dressing on the side.
