- 50 ml (1.7 fl oz) Łaciata UHT cream 12%
- 1 tablespoon (about 15g/0.5oz) wheat flour
- A handful of fresh, chopped dill
- 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Spices: 1/3 level teaspoon salt; 1/4 level teaspoon white pepper; pinch of turmeric
Instructions:
- Make a delicate dill sauce. In a small bowl, mix the cream and flour.
- Pour the stock into the pan, add spices and bring to a boil.
- Pour the cream and flour into the broth while stirring the contents of the pan.
- Add lemon juice and cook the sauce until it starts to thicken.
- Add fresh dill to the sauce.
- Remove the skin from the salmon fillet and cut it into pieces.
- Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the pieces of salmon for about 1.5-2 minutes per side.
