Quick and tasty dinner: How to prepare pasta with egg and bacon?

Ingredients:
- 300 g (10.6 oz) pasta e.g. shell - weight before cooking (600 g (21.2 oz) already cooked)
- 100 g (3.5 oz) raw smoked bacon
- 4 medium or large eggs
- 4 tbsp heavy cream 30% - 40 g (1.4 oz)
- 2 tablespoons of oil or clarified butter
- half a level teaspoon of salt and pepper
- handful of chives
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to package directions.
- Heat oil or clarified butter in a frying pan and fry the bacon in it.
- In a bowl, combine eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the bacon and mix it all together.
- Pour the egg liquid into the pan and keep stirring until the egg is set.
- Add chopped chives at the end.
