Ingredients:
- 250g (8.8oz) dry pasta
- 1 bunch green asparagus - 530 g (18.7 oz)
- 150g (5.3oz) bacon
- 5 tablespoons of heavy cream 30%
- 20g (0.7oz) Parmesan
- 1 garlic clove - 5 g (0.2oz)
- spices: 1/3 teaspoon each of salt and pepper and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions:
- Wash the asparagus and cut off the woody ends. Cut the asparagus into smaller pieces.
