Ingredients:

  • 250g (8.8oz) pasta
  • 500g (17.6oz) mushrooms
  • 1 onion (approx. 150g, 5.3oz)
  • 2 garlic cloves (approx. 10g, 0.35oz)
  • 250ml (8.5 fl oz) 18% cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Clean the mushrooms, cut into slices. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and garlic, fry until the onion becomes glassy.
  4. Add the mushrooms and fry until they release their juices and start to brown.
  5. Add cream, thyme, salt and pepper, cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix gently.
