Ingredients:
- 1 kg of boiled potatoes (35.3 oz)
- 1 medium egg
- 2 level tablespoons of wheat flour (0.7 oz)
- 2 flat tablespoons of potato starch (0.7 oz)
- half a teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 500 g mushrooms (17.6 oz)
- 100 g (3.5 oz) cheese
- large onion - 160 g (5.6 oz)
- 300 g sauerkraut (10.6 oz)
- a teaspoon of sugar (for cooking cabbage)
- 6 tablespoons of oil
- spices: half a teaspoon each of salt and sweet paprika, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions:
- Boil the potatoes, then pass them through a meat grinder or potato ricer.
