  • 2 eggs (approx. 100g)
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal (about 60g, 2.1oz)
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (approx. 2g, 0.07oz)
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil for frying (15g, 0.53oz)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  2. Add the eggs to the bananas and mix thoroughly.
  3. Then add oatmeal and cinnamon. Mix everything thoroughly.
  4. Heat the coconut oil in the pan.
  5. Using a spoon, spoon batter into the pan and cook over medium heat on both sides until the pancakes are golden.
