Ingredients:

  • 3 large potatoes (approx. 1kg, 35.3oz)
  • 3 carrots (approx. 300g, 10.6oz)
  • 1 parsley (approx. 200g, 7oz)
  • 1 can of peas (approx. 400g, 14.1oz)
  • 1 can of white beans (approx. 400g, 14.1oz)
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 pickled cucumbers
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • About 200g (7oz) mayonnaise

Instructions:

  1. Peel potatoes, carrots and parsley and cut into small cubes. Cook in salted water until soft.
  2. Hard boil the eggs, then peel and cut into small cubes.
  3. Cut pickled cucumbers into small cubes. Drain peas and beans from the brine.
  4. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. We mix thoroughly.
