Bringing out the essence of freshness and simplicity, a Greek salad typically consists of a few key ingredients: ripe tomatoes, crunchy cucumbers, red onions, salty olives and, of course, the signature Greek feta cheese. Ingredients:
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 small red onion

- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cut the tomatoes, cucumber and onion into pieces, and the feta cheese into large cubes.
- In a large bowl, mix the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and olives.
- Add feta cheese and mix gently.
- In a small jar, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving to keep the ingredients fresh and crunchy.
