  • virgin olive oil (2.1fl oz)

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

  2. In a large bowl, mix the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and olives.

  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving to keep the ingredients fresh and crunchy.
