Ingredients:

  • 1 larger zucchini - 400 g (14 oz)
  • 2 small or medium eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour - 70 g (2.5 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon of sour cream 18%
  • 1 medium garlic clove
  • a handful of thin chives
  • spices: a pinch of pepper and sugar and 1/3 teaspoon of salt
  • for frying: 4 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Wash the zucchini under cold running water. Cut off both ends, but do not peel the zucchini.
  2. Grate zucchini on small or medium meshes.
  3. Crack two eggs into a bowl with grated zucchini. Add minced garlic and chopped chives.
  4. Add flour, cream, pepper, sugar and salt. Mix everything thoroughly.
  5. In a well-heated pan, fry the pancakes in oil for about 2-4 minutes on each side.
