Ingredients:
- 1 broccoli (approx. 500g/1.1lbs)
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200g (7oz) cheese
- 4 eggs
- 200ml (6.8 fl oz) 18% cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions:
- Divide the broccoli into florets and blanch for about 3 minutes in salted water, then drain.
- Cut the onion and garlic into small cubes and fry in olive oil until glassy.
- Mix the eggs, cream, salt and pepper together to form the egg mass.
- In a casserole, put a layer of broccoli, onion with garlic, and finally cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture over everything and put in the oven preheated to 180°C (356°F), bake for about 30 minutes.
