Ingredients:

  • 200g (7oz) millet groats
  • 500g (17.6oz) mixed vegetables (e.g. peppers, zucchini, onions)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 200g (7oz) feta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Cook the millet according to the instructions on the package, and then set aside to cool.
  2. Dice the vegetables, finely chop the garlic. Fry everything together in olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add eggs, crumbled feta and fried vegetables to the cooled porridge. We mix thoroughly.
  4. Transfer the finished mass to a greased baking form.
  5. Bake the casserole in an oven preheated to 180°C (356°F) for about 30 minutes.
