- 200g pickled mixed vegetables (carrots, parsley root, celery)
- 150g sausage (e.g., chorizo)
- 150g smoked bacon
- 1 large onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons clarified butter or coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Start by preparing the ingredients. Squeeze the sauerkraut to remove excess salt and acid. Then chop it into small pieces.
- Squeeze the pickled mixed vegetables as well and cut them into smaller pieces.
- Slice the sausage and smoked bacon into thin slices or cubes.
