Ingredients:
- 500 g fine wheat flour (17.6 oz)
- 1 large egg
- 50 g butter (1.76 oz)
- 1 cup of water (8.45 fl oz)
- a pinch of salt
- 500 g strawberries (17.6 oz)
Instructions:
- Put 500 grams of flour in a large bowl. Add one large egg, melted and cooled butter, and a pinch of salt.
- Pour 250 ml of water and mix everything together until you get a uniform dough.
- Shape the dough into a ball and wrap it in a plastic bag. Put the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- After this time, take out the dough and roll it thin. Cut out circles.
- Put strawberry pieces on each circle of dough, then fold the dough in half to form dumplings. Glue the sides together.
