Paloma : The Mexican Lady of Cocktails
When we hear about a Mexican drink, we most often think of a margarita . However , Paloma , the margarita's more modest but no less attractive sister , deserves just as much recognition. Paloma , which means 'pigeon' in Spanish, is extremely popular in Mexico and is famous for its refreshing, slightly sour taste. The heart of the Paloma cocktail is tequila, but it is the grapefruit juice that gives it its unique character.
