Interestingly, this cocktail refers to the mimosa flower, which has a light yellow color, similar to the color of the drink.
Ingredients:
- 75 ml (2.5 oz) of chilled champagne
- 75 ml (2.5 oz) fresh orange juice
- Orange, for decoration
Instructions:
- Fill the champagne glass half full with cool champagne.
