Ingredients:

  • 200g (7oz) mayonnaise
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 2 gherkins
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 small onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Hard boil the egg, cool, then peel and finely chop.
  2. Finely chop the onion and gherkins as well.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and mustard.
  4. Add the chopped egg, onion, gherkins and parsley to the mayonnaise. Mix everything thoroughly.
  5. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Store in the refrigerator until served.
