Ingredients:

  • 1 liter (33.8fl oz) of milk
  • 50g (1.7oz) butter
  • 50g (1.7oz) wheat flour
  • salt to taste
  • pinch of nutmeg

Instructions:

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
