Ingredients:

  • 1 kg medium mushrooms (35.3 oz)
  • 250 g (8.8 oz) pork shoulder
  • half a medium-sized onion - about 100 g (3.5 oz)
  • 100 g of cheese, such as Gouda (3.5 oz)
  • 2 cloves garlic - 10 g (0.35 oz)
  • 4 tbsp olive or frying oil
  • a tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • spices: a teaspoon of sweet paprika, a teaspoon of oregano, half a teaspoon of salt, 1/3 teaspoon of pepper
  • to serve: tomatoes and parsley

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the mushrooms: clean, remove the legs and gills inside the hats. Finely chop the stems and hollow gills.
  2. In a pan, fry the onion and garlic, add the chopped mushroom pieces. Add the meat and spices, fry for 10 minutes.
  3. Put the contents of the pan into a glass dish, add the cheese and parsley. Stir the stuffing.
