Ingredients:
- 4 medium apples
- a handful of raisins - 40 g (1.4 oz)
- 2 full tablespoons of liquid honey - 40 g (1.4 oz)
- 20 g (0.7 oz) walnuts or pecans
- half a level teaspoon of cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (356 degrees F).
- Wash the apples and dry them. Cut off a "hat" with a tail from each apple.
- Carry out the center of the apples by removing the cores.
- Make the stuffing: Combine the raisins, honey, nuts and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Fill the apples with the stuffing, then cover them with the "hats" you cut off earlier.
- Bake the apples in the oven for about 40 minutes.
