  • 2 cups pumpkin puree (about 500g / 17.6oz)
  • 2 eggs (about 100g / 3.5oz)
  • 1 cup of wheat flour (125g / 4.4oz)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (50g / 1.8oz)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (5g / 0.17oz)
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (2g / 0.07oz)
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (1g / 0.03oz)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (1.5g / 0.05oz)
  • Frying oil

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix everything together until the ingredients combine to form a smooth batter.
  2. Heat the oil in the pan. Once hot, use a spatula to drop one large spoonful of batter onto each pancake.
  3. Fry the patties over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
