Ingredients:
- 100 g soya pork chops (3.5 oz)
- 500ml homemade vegetable broth (2 cups)
- 1 level tablespoon of your favorite spice mix, e.g. gyros kebab (1 tablespoon)
- 3 tablespoons of classic or gluten-free breadcrumbs (3 tablespoons)
- 1 level tablespoon of wheat or oatmeal (1 tablespoon)
- vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
- Place the soy cutlets in a bowl with two cups of homemade vegetable stock.
- Cover and leave for about an hour, moving the chops occasionally to soften them more quickly.
- After soaking, squeeze the excess broth out of the chops lightly.
- Sprinkle each side with your favorite spice mix.
- Place a mixture of breadcrumbs and flour in a bowl, then coat the chops in it.
