Ingredients:

  • 200g (7oz) buckwheat
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Breadcrumbs for breading
  • Frying oil

Instructions:

  1. Cook the buckwheat groats according to the instructions on the packaging. After cooking, set aside to cool.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely. Fry in a pan with a little oil until the onion becomes glassy.
  3. Add fried onion with garlic, eggs, salt and pepper to the cooled porridge. We mix everything thoroughly.
  4. From the resulting mass we form cutlets, which we roll in breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry the chops in hot oil on both sides until golden.
