Cinnamon Buns: Sweet, flavorful comfort

Cinnamon buns, also known as cinnamon rolls is a pastry classic that almost every lover of sweets knows. They come from Scandinavia, but have gained popularity all over the world, becoming one of the symbols of the American breakfast. Their delicate, cinnamon-scented dough, combined with a mild, sweet icing, makes them a real delicacy. Cinnamon buns may seem complicated at first glance, but they are actually a simple process that requires a bit of patience . The key to success lies in the correct preparation of the yeast dough - it should be elastic and smooth, and after rising - light and fluffy. Cinnamon, which is the main ingredient of the filling, gives the buns a unique, intense aroma, which is an inseparable element of this baking. Icing, although not necessary, adds extra sweetness to the buns and makes them even more appetizing.
