Service

Service offered by this website provides personalized diet. Customers have the option to add additional, non-personalized products or upgrades to their plan at the time of purchase or later on. All products are digital and protected by intellectual property laws. No physical goods will be shipped. All purchases will be confirmed to the customer's email address. The personalized diet is generated by a custom software using an internally developed algorithm, based on the customer's responses to a questionnaire.

Order and payment

Before making a payment, the customer will answer questions and based on their responses, select the appropriate service.

The customer agrees to:

-pay any additional costs, fees, taxes, and other charges that may be incurred.

-purchase services by using a valid credit card or other approved method of payment.

-provide the company with current, accurate, and complete information as stated in the purchase form. If the company discovers or believes that the information provided by the customer is not current, inaccurate, or incomplete, the company reserves the right to suspend the service and the customer will not be entitled to a refund.

Once the customer is transferred to a third-party payment service provider, the risk of loss or damage will pass to the customer and/or the third-party service. The customer's credit or debit card payments will be handled and processed by the third-party payment service provider and the company will not store or use any sensitive payment data. The company will not be liable for any payment issues or disputes that arise due to the third-party payment services. The company may change the third-party payment service provider at any time.

All prices and costs are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

The price applicable is the one set at the time the order is placed. Payment fees will be acknowledged before confirming the purchase. Customers under 18 years old must have parental consent to make a purchase from the company.

All transactions conducted through the company are handled and processed through third-party dedicated gateways to ensure the customer's protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled through SSL encryption. Customers should read the terms and conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Payments are processed by the company.

One-time purchase. Customers can make a one-time payment for a product. The company reserves the right to change the final price of all products at their discretion and without prior notice.

The customer has the option of purchasing access to the diet service for a period of his choice (2, 4, 8 or 16 weeks). The validity of access to the diet service is calculated in weeks, starting from the moment of its activation until the last day of the period (2, 4, 8 or 16 weeks).

Refund policy. The agreement between the company and the client involves digital content that is not provided on a physical medium and the client agrees to relinquish their right to cancel the agreement.

They are not intended to guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. There is no guarantee that past success can be replicated in the future. We cannot guarantee your future results or success and we cannot ensure that you will maintain the results you achieve, if you do not continue to follow our programs.
