- 200g (7oz) biscuits
- 100g (3.5oz) butter, melted
- 500g (17.6oz) cottage cheese, e.g. semi-fat cottage cheese
- 300g (10.6oz) white chocolate
- 200g (7oz) cream 30%
- 100g (3.5oz) sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100g (3.5oz) white chocolate
- 50g (1.76oz) cream 30%
- Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Crush the biscuits and combine them with melted butter. Pour the bottom of the baking mold.
- Melt the white chocolate in a water bath, then let it cool.
- Mix cream cheese with cream and sugar. Add one egg at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Add the melted chocolate to the cheese mass and mix well.
- Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and place in the oven for 60 minutes.
- Cool the cheesecake in the oven with the door slightly ajar.
- Finally, prepare the topping: melt the white chocolate with cream and pour over the cheesecake. Cool in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
