- 200g (7oz) white chocolate
- 200g (7oz) butter, cut into small pieces
- 200g (7oz) sugar
- 4 eggs
- 200g (7oz) wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- Cream for the cake:
- 500ml (17 fl oz) cream 30%
- 300g (10.5oz) white chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (356 degrees F). Line the baking tray with baking paper.
- Melt the white chocolate together with the butter in a water bath. Add sugar and mix until ingredients are combined.
- Combine the flour, salt and baking powder in a separate bowl.
