- 3 large potatoes (approx. 1kg, 35.3oz)
- 3 carrots (approx. 300g, 10.6oz)
- 1 parsley (approx. 200g, 7oz)
- 1 can of peas (approx. 400g, 14.1oz)
- 1 can of white beans (approx. 400g, 14.1oz)
- 5 eggs
- 3 pickled cucumbers
- Salt and pepper to taste
- About 200g (7oz) mayonnaise
- Peel potatoes, carrots and parsley and cut into small cubes. Cook in salted water until soft.
- Hard boil the eggs, then peel and cut into small cubes.
- Cut pickled cucumbers into small cubes. Drain peas and beans from the brine.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. We mix thoroughly.
