  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 800g (28.2oz) pelati tomatoes (canned)
  • 1 cup (1 cup ) of red wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions:
