- 9 oblong biscuits - about 85 g (3 oz)
- 100 ml brewed espresso (3.4 fl oz)
- 30 ml Amaretto or Marsala wine (1 fl oz)
- 250 g mascarpone - small package (8.8 oz)
- 120 g sweet cream 30% (4.2 oz)
- 30 g icing sugar - 3 level tablespoons (1 oz)
- 1 cream fix or 9 g glucose (0.3 oz)
- 3 level tablespoons of cocoa - about 30 g (1 oz)

- Brew 100 ml of espresso and add 30 ml of Amaretto or Marsala to it. Allow to cool.
