- 200g shrimp (about 7 oz)
- 1 fresh cucumber
- 1 ripe tomato
- Half a red pepper
- 1 romaine lettuce
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the prawns in salted water for about 3 minutes until they turn pink. Then strain and leave to cool.
- Wash cucumber, tomato and pepper and cut into cubes. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce.
