- 250g (8.8 oz) wheat flour
- 200g (7 oz) sugar
- 200g (7 oz) butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 500ml (16.9 fl oz) milk
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of potato flour
- 1 stick of vanilla
- Start by preparing the dough. Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy, then add the eggs one at a time, beating all the time. Finally, add flour mixed with baking powder and mix everything gently with a spoon.
- Put the dough in a cake pan, previously greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (356°F) for about 45 minutes.
