The recipe I present is extremely simple and universal. Oven-roasted turkey is probably my favorite way to use this turkey bit. Thanks to it, the roast comes out very juicy and delicious. You only need a few readily available ingredients to create something special. This recipe is proven and universal, perfect for serving warm and cold, for cutting into slices. The preparation of the dish does not take much time, and the end result is always satisfactory. In this article, I will describe step by step how to prepare a turkey leg, what ingredients are needed and what are the best cooking methods.
- about 1300 g turkey leg
- by the spoonful favorite honey and mustard (1 tablespoon of your favorite honey and mustard)
- 4 teeth garlic - 20 g (4 cloves of garlic - 20 g)
- 2 tbsp oil or another oil vegetable (2 tablespoons of olive oil or other vegetable oil)
- spices : a spoonful marjoram and sweet peppers ; flat a teaspoon of salt; half each flat teaspoons pepper and acute peppers (spices: 1 tablespoon of marjoram and sweet paprika; 1 teaspoon of salt; 1/2 teaspoon of pepper and hot paprika)
- Wash the meat under cold running water and pat it dry with a paper towel.
- Peel four cloves of garlic and pass through a press.
- Add a tablespoon of your favorite honey and mustard to a bowl of garlic.
- Pour in two tablespoons of your favorite olive oil or alternative vegetable oil.
- Put the spices: a tablespoon each of marjoram and sweet paprika; a level teaspoon of salt; half a level teaspoon of pepper and hot paprika.
