- 4 chicken legs - about 1200 g (42.3 oz)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil (30ml)
- 1 tablespoon of mustard e.g. Dijon (15ml)
- 3 cloves garlic - 15 g (0.5oz)
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce or half a teaspoon of salt (30ml)
- a teaspoon of sweet pepper (5ml)
- 1/3 level teaspoon of pepper (1.6ml)
- additionally: one red pepper or 1/3 each of red, yellow and green peppers - can be omitted
- Place the chicken legs in a larger dish. Add the olive oil, mustard, minced garlic, soy sauce (or salt), paprika and pepper. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and rub into the meat.
- Cover the dish and let it marinate for at least an hour.
- After this time, preheat the oven to 190-200 degrees Celsius.
